Traveling in for this event? The event venue is a 20-minute car ride from the Boston Logan International Airport. There are several hotel options close by. Book early as Boston is a popular place to visit!
Parking near campus can be challenging. We suggest using Uber/Lyft for transportation. There is no on-site parking at the Faculty Club. There are limited hourly-metered parking spaces near the Faculty Club and a limited number of daily parking passes available for some campus garages. Contact the University Parking Department for information.
The following hotels are located a short walking distance from campus: Harvard Square Hotel, the Charles Hotel, the Sheraton Commander, and Hotel Veritas.
Since hotels within walking distance of campus are limited, we suggest using travel and review sites to find quality business hotels in Cambridge or across the Charles River in Boston.
Uber and Lyft are both available throughout Boston and are an easy and affordable alternative to catching a taxi.
You can travel from Boston Logan International Airport to Harvard Square by bus or subway. Use the Metropolitan Boston Transit Authority’s Trip Planner for route information.
The Faculty Club at 20 Quincy Street is a five-minute walk from the Harvard Square subway station.
