- FREE conference registration, including meals and reception
- Connect with inspiring speakers, panelists, and attendees from across the nation
- Support women and diversity in higher education leadership
- Current higher-education employees only (sorry, no exceptions!)
- Review agenda, speaker information, and room layouts
- You will be assigned a room before the conference so you will know which speakers and panels to focus on
- Arrive 15 minutes before breakfast on your assigned day for a brief orientation
- Greet each speaker or panel before their session and ensure they have their microphones and PowerPoints set up
- Kick off each session with a one-minute welcome. This helps quiet the audience, begins applause, and gives the speakers their starting cue
- Stay in your assigned room during sessions in case speakers need assistance
- Keep time and signal to the speaker when Q&A is about to begin
- If any technical (A/V) issues arise or if there is a question you are unsure about, locate a staff member for assistance
